1.1 The Easy PDF Manager Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the App provider, applicable to all your acts of downloading, installing, launching and using the Easy PDF Manager App. You shall also abide by the accompanying Privacy Policy simultaneously, which carries the same legal effect as these Terms.
1.2 By downloading, launching or using any function of the App, you acknowledge that you have fully read and agreed to all contents of these Terms. If you disagree with any provision herein, you shall immediately uninstall the App and cease all usage activities.
1.3 This App is distributed via the App Store, and you must comply with Apple’s official Terms of Service at the same time. In the event of any conflict between the two documents, Apple’s official rules shall prevail; provisions without conflict shall remain enforceable in accordance with these Terms.
2.1 This App is a PDF processing tool featuring functions including scanning photos to generate PDFs, PDF annotation, renaming, deleting, and favoriting PDF.
2.2 The App relies on in-app advertisements to support free basic functions. The placement, frequency and display format of advertisements shall be subject to the actual presentation within the App.
3.1 Free functions are sustained by advertising revenue, and you will view advertisements placed by us or our cooperative advertisers during usage. You may adjust advertising-related permissions in your mobile device system settings.
3.2 All goods and service information displayed in advertisements are provided solely by advertisers. We only serve as a display platform and make no warranty regarding the authenticity or compliance of advertisement content. Any transactions or disputes arising between you and advertisers shall be handled solely by you and the advertisers, and we shall bear no liability whatsoever.
3.3 Your participation in advertising campaigns or purchases of goods featured in advertisements constitute separate dealings solely between you and the relevant advertisers, unrelated to us.
4.1 All documents and image files scanned, created or edited by you through the App are stored exclusively on your local mobile device; our servers will not automatically back up or store the contents of your files.
4.2 The collection and protection of your personal information shall be governed entirely by the Privacy Policy.
5.1 All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to its source code, interface, icons, images, text and software components, belong to us. Without our written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, disassemble or reverse-engineer this App.
5.2 The intellectual property rights to documents, images and other content scanned, imported or edited by you belong to you or the original right holders of such content. You warrant that any content you upload or use will not infringe the legitimate rights of third parties, and you shall bear full liability for any disputes arising from such infringement.
You are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using this App:
(1) Scanning, saving or sharing illegal, pornographic, violent, defamatory, horrific or gambling-related content;
(2) Using files to infringe upon third parties’ copyright, portrait rights, privacy, reputation or other legitimate rights;
(3) Cracking, reverse-disassembling the App, using tools to disrupt the normal operation of the App, or maliciously bypassing advertising restrictions;
(4) Conducting paid or commercial profit-making activities through this App without our prior written permission;
(5) Any other acts that violate applicable laws and regulations or disrupt the normal operation of the service.
If we detect any of the above violations, we may restrict or suspend your access to the service without prior notice.
7.1 All functions of the App are provided on an "as-is" basis. We will endeavor to maintain stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted, fault-free or error-free service at all times.
7.2 We shall not be liable for any damages caused by functional failures or temporary service outages resulting from network fluctuations, mobile system incompatibility, device malfunctions or platform maintenance.
7.3 The App may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. Linked pages are operated by third parties beyond our control, and you shall bear all risks arising from accessing external links.
7.4 You shall bear full legal responsibility for all files you store and share. Any losses incurred due to third-party claims arising from your files shall be borne solely by you.
7.5 To the fullest extent permitted by local applicable laws, we shall not compensate you for any indirect losses, file loss, loss of profits, business losses or other consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8.1 We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service in response to regulatory updates and business adjustments. Revised versions will be posted within the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms; if you do not accept the revisions, you must uninstall the App and discontinue use.
8.2 Uninstalling the App shall automatically terminate the service agreement between both parties. We may suspend or terminate service provision to you at any time if you commit violations or if we adjust our business operations.
8.3 Upon termination of the agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the App. Provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers and liability limitations under these Terms shall survive such termination.
8.4 These Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy together constitute the complete usage agreement between you and us, superseding all prior oral agreements. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
